About Meritly
Meritly is an online practice platform for Australian students, covering Maths and English from Year 1 to Year 12, Science to Year 10 and Reasoning for Years 3 to 6, with exam-shaped practice for NAPLAN, ICAS and the Australian Mathematics Competition.
How we build questions
Every question is written to a specification for one specific skill. Before it goes anywhere near a student, it is solved again without the answer key, audited against that specification, and sent back for rework if it fails. Nothing reaches your child on the strength of "looks fine".
Everything we set questions on is mapped to the Australian Curriculum, and we re-check that mapping against the official curriculum documents twice a year.
How we set difficulty
Difficulty is calibrated against real exam papers rather than guessed at from year levels — so when a paper says it's stretching your child, it is. We don't copy past papers into our own questions, and we never will.
What we won't do
- We won't put ads on the page where your child answers questions.
- We won't sell your data.
- We won't show ads on subscribers' student and parent pages.
- We won't claim a score improvement we can't stand behind.

Meritly is a product of SUPEREZ PTY LTD (ABN 17 663 697 318), an Australian proprietary company. The company is 100% Australian owned. Invoices and terms are issued in the company's legal name.
Meritly is an independent, unofficial service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the organisations that write or run the tests we cover, and we do not reproduce their test questions. Some test names on this site are trade marks of their respective owners, used here only to describe what our practice is for.
